RFQ No. 11-09-2024-Q-R (Reissued) - Lift Station Rehabilitation

Attention interested submitter to this RFQ: - There is a mandatory pre-meeting scheduled Friday (01/17/2025) at 2:00 p.m. in Town Hall.

At this meeting, we will clarify questions and details for potential bidders. The meeting will include a brief walking visit to the Lift Station facility site one lot north of Town Hall. To questions that had been already asked by bidders:

Our standard request is normally 8 hard copies and 1 digital copy on USB drive at the time of deadline submittal.
That quantity may be adjusted at the pre-meeting (possibly requiring less copies) based upon how many hands (boards/elected/staff) may need to touch the submittals during the formal review process.

The current advertised RFQ is specifically for the Lift Station Engineering and Assessment (Lift Station Rehabilitation) and related sub tasks. However, it is possible additional tasks may be subsequently produced and assigned to an awarded bidder as the project develops. The Town Attorney will weigh in on those matters at appropriate times. Note, the town does not have an official “Engineer of Record” so many tasks are configured as identified or requested by town officials and agency partners, to be determined.

Firms that have previously submitted a qualifications package under RFQ No. 11-09-2024-Q published on November 09, 2024 need only confirm with the Town Manager by the Qualifications Due Date that they are not withdrawing their prior submittal.
