Welcome to the Community Affairs Advisory Board (CAAB)

The Community Affairs Advisory Board was created by Ordinance No. 178 in November 1995.

It is an Advisory Board.  The Board should be comprised of twenty-five members and has three (3) vacancies at this time.  The CAAB advises the Town Council on methods to improve communications and civic involvement between residents, condominiums and cooperative associations and to provide advice on the "betterment of the Residents and the Town".

CAAB consists of a Chairperson, and twenty-five (25) volunteers. We organize Town events for enjoyment, entertainment and educational purposes.
