The Community Affairs Advisory Board was created by Ordinance No. 178 in November 1995. 

It is an advisory board.  The Board has twenty-five members to advise the commission on methods to improve "communications and civic involvement between residents, condominium and cooperative associations and the Town Commission" and to provide advice on the "betterment of the Town". 

C.A.A.B. consists of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, twenty-five (25) members and volunteers.

We organize Town events for enjoyment and educational purposes.
