Welcome to the Community Affairs Advisory Board (C.A.A.B.)

 

 

                               


The Community Affairs Advisory Board was created by Ordinance No. 178 in November 1995. 

It is an advisory board.  The Board has twenty-five members to advise the commission on methods to improve "communications and civic involvement between residents, condominium and cooperative associations and the Town Commission" and to provide advice on the "betterment of the Town". 

C.A.A.B. consists of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, twenty-five (25) members and volunteers.

We organize Town events for enjoyment, entertainment and educational purposes.

Town Exercise Classes

Tai Chi - Wednesday's at 9:00 a.m.

Chair Yoga -Thursday's at 2:30 p.m.

Yin Yoga - Thursday's at 4:00 p.m.

Zumba Gold - Friday's at 10:00a.m.

Traditional  Yoga- Saturday's and Sunday's at 9:30 a.m.

Zumba Gold classes will  NOT be held for all of July and the first 2 weeks of August, they will resume on Friday August 17th.

Chair Yoga classes have been suspended until further notice.

 

 

ALL CLASSES ARE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND THE COST IS $ 5.00 PER PERSON, PER CLASS
